The new city hall will likely not be fininshed for 3 years. City hall business will be run out of neighboring homes that the city purchased, but there is no meeting space.

New Crosswalk Lights on Gulf Blvd
Crosswalk lights have finally been installed on Gulf Blvd, making it much easier for pedestrians to cross safely. The only downfall - Before the light at my beach access was installed, a polic car would periodically watch for motorists who would not stop. I witnessed quite a few tickets being issued. Now that the light is installed, I have not seen a patrol car at the beach access. While most drivers heed the light, there are a few who blow through it and they are the truly dangerous drivers who need be stopped.
