Biltmore Addresses Resident Concerns

As they proceed with renovations plans the owners of the Belleview Biltmore are listening to concerns of Belleair residents, and are making changes to their plans based on their concerns. 2 of the changes they have made to their plans include relocating a driveway to ease traffic issues, and building a single story spa instead of 2 stories to preserve the water view.
