Still Time To Register For Belleair Classic Road Race
Registration is still open for The 7th annual Belleair Classic 5K/10K Road Race.
The race is Saturday, March 7, 7:30 a.m., starting at the Dimmitt Community Center, 901 Ponce de Leon Blvd.
The race expo expo will be Thursday and Friday, March 5 and 6, 4 to 7 p.m., and Saturday, March 7, 6 to 10 a.m and will feature products and services presented by the sponsors.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top female and male winners in both the 5K and 10K races as well as Fit2Run gift cards. Technical T-shirts are provided to each paid participant as well as breakfast, compliments of the Belleview Biltmore. In an effort to support the Go Green campaign, Outspokin Family Cyclery of Largo will host a bike corral to house any manpowered form of race transportation (i.e., bicycle, skateboard, scooter, etc.) that is utilized to get to the race to avoid contributing to unnecessary fuel emissions. There will be a drawing for a bicycle at the post-race party.
