Belleair Causeway Dog Beach Back In Business

The dog beach on Belleair Beach Causeway is back in business. The beach is located on the south side of the causeway and has been closed during construction of the new bridge. "Dog Beach" is one of just 3 beaches where pups can roam free. Work is still being completed, a ramp and steps is planned from the parking lot to the beach.

The City has a public access television channel (BBTV-15) which is operated by volunteer members of the Cable TV Advisory Board. The municipality also has a Parks Board which acts as an advisory board to the council regarding the aesthetic quality of its parks system
